Imagine...
Researching a new source of renewable energy with LP Building Products. Working alongside some of the nation’s leading medical and scientific minds. Exploring the business world through internships and job shadowing while still in high school. Learning how to interview and write resumes. Building relationships with teachers and classmates that will last long after high school graduation. Entering college and the global workforce with skills that put you ahead of your competition.
Find the program that will build your future. Starting January 24, The Academies of Nashville will hold a series of Open Houses at each of the city’s 12 zoned high schools. You will learn what academies are offered at each school, how the academies will better equip you (or your child) for success during and after high school, how local businesses interact with and assist the school’s academies, and how you can take advantage of the new learning options.
Students and parents are invited to attend any or all of the Open Houses. But remember, each will be specific to the host school. There may be a program at another school that better suits your needs or your child’s needs.
