Room Reservation set-up at Martin Center
1) Click on Martin Center Room Reservations link below
2) Log in to request Facility Use Martin Center (in upper right hand corner)
3) Login by:
A) Create a New Account
(Don’t have an account, Create a New One please wait 24-48 hours before contacting the Martin Center if you have not received confirmation for a new account)
B) Returning Customer
Enter Email Address and Password
4) Go to: Request Facility Use tab
5) Click on Normal Schedule or Recurring Schedule
6) Enter the following Fields:
· Event Title
· Location (Martin PDC)
· Rooms (click on binoculars for room choices, and next 10 for the remaining rooms)
· Event Date(s)
· Start time and End time
· Check availability
· Registration Table?
· Food Served?
· Organization (select your department or your name)
· Organization Type (MNPS Employees-select District)
· Total Attending
· Parking Spaces Required
· Signature (your email address)
· Check the I Confirm box and submit
Room Pricing
· Meeting Rooms – $100 per day (over 4 hours), $50 per half day (up to 4 hours)
· Turner Banquet Halls – $400 per room per day (over 4 hours), $200 per room per half day (up to 4 hours)
· Conference Room – $150 per day (over 4 hours), $75 per half day (up to 4 hours)
· Technology Labs – $150 per day (over 4 hours), $75 per half day (up to 4 hours)
· Additional Services:
· Videoconferencing - $100
· Video Capturing - $50
· Streaming Video - $150
· Presentation Station – included in room fee
MNPS Employees – may use the facility for school related events free of charge during hours of operation. Nights and weekends require a set up fee of $300 for full 8 hours, or $150 for 4 hours, minimum.
Non-Profit Agencies – may reserve rooms during hours of operation or on nights and weekends for meetings, conferences, and fund-raising events (see pricing above). When scheduling nights and weekends, there is an additional required fee of $300 for full 8 hours or $150 for 4 hours, minimum.
Non-Profit additions-
· Must provide non-profit tax ID (email to martincenter@mnps.org or fax to: 615-298-6675)
· Must provide proof of insurance (email to martincenter@mnps.org or fax to: 615-298-6675)
· Must provide 50% of total amount prior to event, followed by remaining amount after the event
· Checks payable to: Metro Nashville Public Schools
· Send check to attention: Business Office, 2601 Bransford Avenue, Nashville, TN 37204)
· Make sure to provide your 4 digit Schedule ID on the Check in the memo line
· Credit Card payments are not accepted
